Gemma Grainger has announced her Cymru squad for the upcoming international challenge matches against Northern Ireland and Portugal.

Grainger has selected a 26-player squad for the second camp of the year as Cymru look to build on their unbeaten 2023 Pinatar Cup campaign in February.
