The Welsh Fitness Awards is on a final countdown to its glittering awards ceremony this Thursday – 19th September at St David’s Hotel – Cardiff Bay.

The Welsh Fitness Awards celebrates the best in the Welsh Fitness Community and the huge contribution that it makes to Wales. The awards are to be hosted by Radio X’s Polly James.

Each year, the awards have seen an increase in the number and standard of applications. However, 2019 is a year like no other. Applications have shattered all records. The shortlisting process was incredibly difficult.
