Mrs Buckét, the specialist cleaning operation which services Wales and the South West of England, has today announced a wealth of new hires, growing the team by 50 people in 2020.

Jenny Rawle and Ruth Young join the HR and recruitment division as Senior Recruiter and People and Recruitment administrator respectively. Eleeth Smith comes on board as Sales Support Administrator and Emma Shepherd is welcomed as the business’s first Customer Experience Manager.

Throughout the year, Mrs Buckét has focused on innovating its offering in order to best serve its clients during the pandemic. After phenomenal success with the roll-out of a COVID-19 rapid response team; a significant investment in a state-of-the-art chemical and a true show of business adaptability and flexibility, Mrs Buckét has expanded rapidly to fulfil the increasing demand for its services.

The company has ambitious plans for the next year, with further expansion into new cities, growth in key sectors including education and manufacturing and a continued focus on delivering customer excellence.

Commenting further on the business’s future, Yvette Wilkins, Operations Director, said, “The new team will play a key role in helping make our goals a reality in the years ahead. Jenny and Ruth are fantastic additions to help Mrs Buckét’s team grow by sourcing the best talent across the South West and beyond, and Eleeth and Emma will be instrumental in keeping Mrs Buckét focused on continuously going above and beyond for our clients, positioning Mrs Buckét as a service provider of choice and accelerating our growth efforts.”

All four hires bring a wealth of experience across numerous industries such as retail, commercial data, sales recruitment, manufacturing, engineering, events and health.

Rachael Flanagan, CEO, added: “I could never have anticipated the growth we’ve seen this year, especially not when COVID-19 hit our shores. It’s been a year full of unprecedented challenges but also unanticipated positives.

“I’m delighted to welcome Jenny, Ruth, Eleeth and Emma to our team and each of them will play a significant part in helping us to meet our ambitions for the future. They each bring fantastic experience and I can’t wait to see what 2021 will mean for Mrs Buckét.”

Not only has 2020 been a year of rapid growth for the cleaning specialist, but a year of immense reflection and change as it celebrated its 15th anniversary with a brand refresh.
