Marks & Spencer is to recruit more than 395 new colleagues across Wales this festive season, the retailer announced on 8 October 2026.
The seasonal roles will support store teams during the busiest weeks of the year. Key recruitment hotspots include Haverfordwest and Menai, with over 20 roles available at each store.
Applications are open, with the first new colleagues joining from 25 October. The roles will pay £13.41 per hour.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming more than 395 new colleagues to our Welsh stores this year.
