A new recruitment agency, Chase Delphi, has been launched by Director and Co-Founder Alun Leach, to specialise in permanent positions for the legal, financial and technology industries.

The Cardiff based agency will specialise in recruiting roles for a broad range of positions across the legal, technology and finance professions across the UK, but with an initial focus on Wales and the South West of England.

The new venture will be led by industry expert Alun Leach, who has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, having formerly held Regional Director and Divisional Manager roles at the likes of Vibe Recruit and Mech Tech Professionals.

Mr Leach has an impressive track-record of growing recruitment businesses, having also established and developed a south Wales region for Centric Recruitment.

Speaking of Chase Delphi’s launch, Alun said: “I am delighted to be launching this new venture to support the growing demand for talent that we are seeing for legal, financial and technology positions.  Our broad network across these sectors means that we are able to connect high-quality professionals to a variety of roles, from Paralegal to Partner, Accounts Assistant to Finance Director.”

With a mission to put consulting back into recruitment, Chase Delphi’s dedicated focus on consultancy services offers support to job seekers and recruiters alike with guidance and advice.

Alun added: “Working in partnership with our candidates and clients, we consult and help bring great people together. There’s never been a greater need for Consultancy led professional recruitment services. There has been an obvious shift in attitudes and working practices throughout the pandemic, and we are perfectly placed to support candidates and clients through a changing landscape.”

Since commencing trading, the agency has already been appointed to work on a significant number of vacancies for its clients, a reflection on the recruitment market increasing in these key sectors.

Alun concluded: “I am looking forward to building on our already high-quality network. Chase Delphi has a real desire to help improve the lives of our candidates, clients and the wider community – and we are starting as we mean to continue.”

In addition to the plans to grow the business in the year ahead, Chase Delphi also has a passion for health and wellbeing, with a commitment to donating 2% of income to good causes, starting with The Samaritans in 2021.
