Nuaire wins big with double whammy across UK manufacturing awards

Caerphilly-based ventilation specialist Nuaire has seen award wins at two prestigious industry award ceremonies this month after collecting silverware at the Insider Made In Wales Awards and the H&V News Awards.

In its 27th year, the H&V News Awards are the industry’s largest and most established awards, recognising excellence across the building services sector. At a glitzy ceremony hosted by comedian Rob Beckett at the London Hilton on Park Lane, and shortlisted across four categories, Nuaire scooped the Commercial HVAC Product of the Year Award for its patent-applied-for Haven Terminals, a unique and innovative solution to deliver targeted, filtered air in shared spaces.

Nuaire’s Drimaster-ECO-NOX product was also highly commended in the Domestic Product of the Year category.

Nuaire’s third consecutive win following Hybrid (Air Movement Product of the Year Award 2020) and the Noxmaster (Air Movement Product of the Year Award 2019) cements the company’s position as the market-leading innovator and expert in global ventilation and air quality.

Group Sales Director Stuart Smith and Head of Marketing Jessica Cook were among those who attended the event from Nuaire.

Cook said: “We are so thrilled to receive this award. The win acknowledges our track record of being at the forefront of ventilation technology in launching innovative new products.”

Smith added, “we want to extend a huge thank you to the Nuaire team for their continued support and contribution to our success! In our 50th year as a business in Caerphilly, these acknowledgements couldn’t come at a more special time.”

Earlier this month Nuaire won the Insider Made in Wales award for Manufacturing Innovation for the development of its Haven Terminals. The awards celebrated Welsh companies that created products to help directly in the battle against Covid and those that have changed what they do in response to the challenges of the pandemic.
