Hub Box Cardiff will be opening the doors on Saturday 24th October to its brand spanking new Mermaid Quay restaurant.

From Cornwall to Cardiff, think award-winning burgers, hand cut fries and of course their collaborations with local breweries. Prime cut or plant-based, Hub Box is the perfect place for you to meet and eat. The wait is nearly over, with Hub Box opening in the heart of Cardiff Bay at the end of the month!

Located in Mermaid Quay, Hub Box will bring a fresh, street food style dining experience to Cardiff Bay. Hub Box are passionate about sticking to their Cornish roots, being fresh-thinkers and straight talkers, so when they say there’s something on the menu for everyone, there really is. Whether you’re a meat eater, vegan, veggie or gluten free, they’ve got you covered.

At Hub Box, it’s all about real good food done the right way. If you love fresh produce, great service & bold flavours, then you are gonna’ love this new addition to the Bay.

Hub Box are stoked to be working with local legends Tiny Rebel Brewery, offering a revolving range of IPA’s and NEIPA’s, stocking stout and lager. For the designated drivers, they’ve got you covered with speciality non-alcoholic draft; Clwb Tropica. Or why not give Hub Box’s epic Hub coolers a go? You can even make ‘em dirty by adding your chosen tipple.

Hub Box CEO, Richard Boon, said “Welsh roots run deep here at Hub Box – with my wife, Amy, growing up in Cwmbran. Ever since my first visit to Cardiff Bay, I knew that the waterfront location – which is basically in our DNA – would suit us perfectly. We’re looking forward to welcoming Welsh customers old and new, with many of you knowing us from holidaying down in Cornwall!”

Hub Box has been serving up mouthwatering burgers all across the South West since 2012, with Cardiff now seeing Wales’ first Hub Box opening. With eight other restaurants bustling with business, it was about time Cardiff got a taste, customers are in for one hell’ova treat!

So, if you’re yet to book your table, what are you waiting for?! Book here: https://hubbox.co.uk/locations/cardiff/
