Street Food Warehouse are thrilled to announce that their FREE Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival will be making a triumphant return to Tenby this summer.

They’ll be setting up in the new location of Salterns Pay & Display from Friday 7th – Sunday 9th June bringing you three days of great food, entertainment and family fun! Over 25 top street food traders will serve cuisines from across the world in the heart of Tenby offering a delectable array of dishes for you to enjoy.

This year the festival will be even bigger, better and tastier with a new and improved location, more traders, market stalls and fun for all ages! With a bigger space, comes more room to boogie, so they’ve packed the schedule with a huge lineup of live entertainment on their brand-new stage. Expect live bands, DJs and a few surprises, so make sure to bring your dancing shoes as well as your appetite!

Street Food Warehouse are the team behind some of the finest street food festivals across the Welsh and South West coasts. Now, they are bringing their #SummerOfStreetFood tour back to the beautiful coast of Pembrokeshire for 3 days of foodie heaven! Here’s what they had to say about the festival:

“Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival is always a favourite in the Street Food Warehouse calendar! After another busy and successful year last year, we are excited to return to a brand new, bigger location. This means we can ramp things up with more top-class traders, extended bars and plenty of space for the hungry people of Tenby to enjoy delicious food! The festival is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to sample new and exciting cuisines, tuck into their old favourites and help us provide a platform for up-and-coming talents on the food scene. The people of Pembrokeshire proved they have a huge appetite for high-quality food and we’re happy to return for another 3 days of fun. We’re also excited to offer a new selection of live entertainment so you can enjoy some fantastic food alongside live music and a few surprises! Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival is the perfect place to spend your weekend with friends and family enjoying delicious food and good vibes all around. Get ready for full bellies and great memories!”

The unique thing about Pembrokeshire Street Food Festival is that no two traders offer the same cuisine. This allows traders to showcase their individuality whilst treating customers to a wider range of dishes from near and far. You could feast on anything from Indian to Vietnamese, Thai to Moroccan, Mexican to Afghan, Caribbean to Uzbek, with food to suit every dietary requirement and plenty to satisfy your sweet tooth! You might recognise a few friendly faces of the traders from previous festivals as well as a bunch of new and exciting ones too.

Street Food Warehouse have dropped a little teaser of a couple of the traders they have lined up, including some fantastic local talent. South Wales-born and bred Mwg will showcase some of the best seasonal Welsh produce cooked over fire. Expect stunning, ethically sourced seafood busting with flavour like their Thai-style cockles and butterflied sardine cobs. A taste of the sea, by the sea, for you to enjoy. Taking the Welsh burger scene by storm, Burger Boyzwill be on hand to serve up some of the finest smash patties you may ever lay your hands on. Try their best-seller ‘Chuck Norris’ with American cheese, crispy bacon, candied onions and big up sauce or go spicy with ‘The El Chapo’ featuring Mexican cheese, pepperoni, relish and jalapenos. We’re drooling at the thought of these juicy, fresh-to-order burgers. For all the dessert lovers, this one’s for you, Pembrokeshire-locals Romy’s are here to satisfy your sweet tooth with their flipping delicious fresh-to-order crepes! Traditionalists can get their fix with a dusting of sugar and lemon or go for something different like their s’mores crepe packed with marshmallows, white chocolate and lotus pieces. Either way, they’re worth saving room for!

Don’t worry, they haven’t forgotten the need to quench everyone’s thirst! This summer the event is sponsored by award-winning brewery, Lost and Grounded. We’re envisioning a stunning summer’s day, live music paired with a delicious street food dish, washed down with a crisp pint of their Helles lager, awarded Beer of the Year in 2022! The festival is family-friendly at heart, welcoming children of all ages and well-behaved dogs!

You’ll need a ticket to enter, but fear not – tickets are free! Street Food Warehouse prides itself on a continued commitment to sustainability, which is why this year they’re introducing reusable cups at the bar. Simply pay a one-off fee of £2 with your first drinks order to receive your very own branded cup. You’ll use this cup throughout your visit and it’s yours to take home as a souvenir from a great day out. This helps them significantly reduce their single-use plastic and helps keep the festival cleaner for all to enjoy.
