Leading regional law firm, Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors, has moved to a new, larger office in Llanelli as part of their continued expansion across West Wales.
The new office, located at 10-12 Queen Victoria Road, Llanelli, replaces the firm’s previous premises at Murray Street, which the team had outgrown due to increasing demand for legal services in the area.
“We’ve seen sustained growth in Llanelli since we opened an office in 2020,” said Peter Lynn, Senior Partner, “and the move to Queen Victoria Road gives us the space and facilities we need not just for now, but for years to come.”
Before opening its doors, the new premises underwent an extensive renovation, transforming the building into a modern, welcoming legal hub, creating a bright and professional environment for both staff and clients, with updated meeting rooms, improved accessibility, and room to grow.

The same expert team that served clients at Murray Street have transitioned across to the new address, continuing to provide high-quality legal support for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the region.
The office will offer the full spectrum of legal services, with a particular focus on Residential Conveyancing, Divorce & Family Law, and Wills & Probate – areas in which the firm has built a strong reputation.
“Our aim has always been to provide accessible, top-tier legal services in the heart of the communities we serve,” said partner and head of West Wales, Greg George.  “This move gives us the foundation to grow even further while remaining rooted in the town.”
As part of the firm’s long-term plans, the larger office space at Queen Victoria Road will support an upcoming recruitment drive, with new legal and support roles expected to be announced shortly.
“We’ve always built our success on the strength of our people and the relationships we’ve formed with the communities around us,” said Peter. “This move allows us to build on that in Llanelli and beyond, and with Greg leading our West Wales operations, we know we’re in good hands.”
