South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road collision that took place in Barry on Saturday afternoon, November 8.

At around 1.45pm, officers were called to reports of a single-vehicle collision involving an orange KTM 390 Duke motorbike on Atlantic Way.

Despite the best efforts of emergency services, the 44-year-old male rider was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are now appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who has mobile phone or dash cam footage, to get in touch.

Information can be provided to South Wales Police online at https://bit.ly/SWPProvideInfo or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 2500356668.

In an emergency, always call 999.
