    Police appeal to find missing 27 year old man from Penarth

    outh Wales Police are appealing for help to find a missing man from Penarth.

    Sam Singh, aged 27, has been reported missing and there is growing concern for his welfare.

    He was last seen at around 5pm on Friday, December 12, in the Windsor Road area of Penarth.

    At the time, Sam was wearing a dark grey beanie hat, a waist length wool coat, dark trousers and walking boots.

    Officers are asking anyone who may have seen Sam, or who has any information that could help locate him, to come forward.

    If you can help, contact South Wales Police quoting reference number 2500395491.

    Information can be given online via the South Wales Police website or by calling 101. Always call 999 if there is an immediate emergency.

    Anyone with relevant information is urged not to delay, as every sighting could be important.
