OTL Group , founded by ex Welsh International rugby player Iestyn Thomas, has been named as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and one of the top 50 fastest growing companies in Wales in the UK Fast Growth 50 in partnership with UBS Wealth Management.

350 businesses across the UK have been named as the fastest growing across 7 regions, representing more than £2 billion of turnover and making a significant contribution to the UK economy.

OTL has been recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK from an incredible 5.6 million firms representing an amazing achievement for the Pontypool based construction business.

OTL was founded in 2019 by Welsh International prop forward Iestyn Thomas who earned 33 caps for Wales, captained Llanelli Scarlets and represented the Barbarians in a highly successful rugby career.  The drive and passion that fuelled his rugby success have now been transferred to OTL Group

OTL specialises in the Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors and have recently launched OTL Secure delivering projects in sensitive environments where the well being of vulnerable individuals is paramount.  OTL’s turnover has doubled each year since launch and now employs more than 50 staff and sub contractors with a targeted turnover of more than £14million for 2025.

Founder and Managing Director Iestyn Thomas comments, “ Being named as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and one of the fastest 50 in Wales represents a huge achievement for us and one of which we are extremely proud.  Everyone in the team has worked exceptionally hard and our values of integrity, honesty and excellence are the strong foundations on which our rapid growth has been built”

OTL will discover exactly which growth position they are in the UK and in Wales in a glittering UK Fast Growth 50 Awards ceremony in London on the 28th November.
