Quantum Advisory, a leading pensions and employee benefits consultancy, has announced the promotion of Paul Francis to the role of partner.
Paul, who is part of the investment team and based in the firm’s London office, took up his new role on 1 May 2026.
He is responsible for leading investment services and fiduciary management for a portfolio of clients at the firm and has a particular interest in helping schemes achieve their long-term objectives.
Paul Francis said: “It has been a pleasure to be a part of such a diverse and dynamic investment team for the last few years, and I am excited to take the next step as a partner at Quantum Advisory.”

Paul joined Quantum Advisory as a Principal Investment Consultant in 2020, bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in the investment industry, having worked within both consultancy and fiduciary management.
