Residents are advised that a revised bus network will operate across the County Borough from Monday, April 1 – however, public transport users should experience minimal change to their regular bus journeys.

In preparation for the new Welsh Government Bus Network Grant for the 2024/25 financial year, the Council has re-tendered all of its supported bus service contracts. This included tendering any bus services that are socially necessary for communities, that could no longer operate commercially.

The re-tender exercise has concluded, and due to the continued Welsh Government and Council funding that is allocated to support bus services, residents should notice minimal change from the current arrangements.

Please follow this link to the Council’s website, to see a full list of services that will make up the bus network from Monday, April 1 (2024).

Service registrations are in the process of being updated by the Traffic Commissioner’s office, and updated timetable information should appear on the Traveline Cymru website – as well as individual bus operator websites.
