Frogs in Bogs / Brogs y Bogs is a fun, outdoor, interactive, bilingual musical show for primary school aged children and their grown-ups, that’s guaranteed to make you croak out load.

Superhero, fugitive frog plumbers invite families across Wales to join them in their mission to crack a clogging crime and defeat the evil duck, Cwac Ty Bach. After being locked up for a contamination crime they didn’t commit, the frogs escaped to the city sewers and are solving pollution problems wherever they go.

This hilarious, all-jumping, all-dancing show provides a ribbiting day out of all the family, with banging tunes courtesy of new music from talented Cardiff art-rock musicians Heledd Watkins and Sam Roberts (HMS Morris).

The froggy fun-fest is perfect for children aged 4+ of all abilities and presented both bilingually and Welsh only,Frogs in Bogs / Brogs y Bogs is a great introduction to theatre for young people. Familia are promoting sustainability and the importance of looking after our environment, aiming to make the costumes and set out of 70% recycled materials, including a giant fish intricately crafted from plastic bags.

This blockbusting show will be sure to delight families in unexpected places across Wales this summer. The ambitious amphibians are a cold-blooded lot so audiences can expect the show to go on come rain or shine (there are indoor alternatives available for each venue).

Created by award-winning Carmarthenshire-based theatre company Familia De La Noche, with music by Heledd Watkins and Sam Roberts (HMS Morris), the show is supported by the Arts Council of Wales.

For tickets and show announcements, please visit the venue’s website.
