Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages Ltd and Yumo Finance have today announced a formal partnership that creates a complete portfolio of property and business finance solutions, under one roof.  Operating nationally, the merger of the two entities delivers a full suite of financial services to home buyers and movers, property investors, commercial developers and businesses, backed by its team of experts.

Continuing to operate under the existing brands, Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages will exclusively oversee all property related services, offering expertise in homeowner mortgages and remortgages, buy-to-let arrangements, bridging and commercial finance, and insurance.

Meanwhile, Yumo Finance will operate as a sister brand to Prime Financial Solutions and Mortgages and will continue to focus on the specialist provision of financial solutions for businesses, including secured and unsecured business loans, invoice finance, asset finance, merchant loan services, VAT loans, import and export finance, and overdrafts.

The complementary skill sets of both the residential and commercial property finance teams, led by experienced joint partners Gareth Morgan and Mark Watts, provides a unique advantage in navigating the complexities of the entire property market. Whether it’s the needs of a first-time buyer, or a commercial property developer, the collaboration aims to simplify access to appropriate financial solutions, no matter what the size or complexity.

Talking about the merger, partner Gareth Morgan, said: “By merging our strengths, we are not only enhancing our ability to meet the diverse financial needs of our clients but also setting the stage for accelerated expansion. We have ambitious growth plans and, together, we are confident that our combined expertise will deliver an unparalleled client experience.”

Adds Mark Watts: “Our merger represents a strategic move towards greater synergy and efficiencies. Our businesses share many parallels, and we believe that together we are better positioned to pursue acquisition opportunities, to fuel our growth trajectory, and to solidify our position as a leader in the financial services sector. We are investing in new technologies to create a seamless experience whether you are a first-time buyer or a sophisticated property investor, and recruiting additional advisors; together look forward to a very bright future.”

Based near Swansea, the merged business aims to empower individuals and businesses across the UK with the financial tools and solutions they need to thrive in today’s dynamic property and business landscape.

The business is led by joint partners, Gareth and Mark, who between them have a wealth of financial industry expertise. Gareth has an impressive 15-year track record in the residential mortgage advisory sector and is an experienced property investor and mentor, adding significant value to the client journey.  Mark Watts has specialised in commercial lending for the majority of his career, which includes 17-years with HSBC.
