    The winners of the South Wales Business Awards have been revealed

    On the 6thJune 2018, the eleventh annual South Wales Business Awards were held. The awards were once again hosted by one of Welsh television and radio’s most popular presenters – Sara Edwards.

    The awards have been developed and launched by WS Marketing and are proudly in association with Cardiff Now Magazine, Swansea Building Society, Hospital Innovations, Print INC & Embroidery and Cowbridge Business Club.

    Since 2008, the number and standard of applications has increased each year. However, 2018 has broken all records for applications. South Wales has always been a vibrant hub of entrepreneurship. The progress the economy is making is truly breath taking.

    On a beautiful summers evening at the Bear Hotel in Cowbridge, the winners for the South Wales Business Awards 2018 were:

    • Young Entrepreneur of the Year – Sarah Niblblet & James Eaton – Mt Bistro
    • New Start-up of the Year – Royal Educare
    • Retail & Tourism Business of the Year – The Good Wash Company
    • Business Services Business of the Year – Trojan
    • Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Dawn Evans – Ajuda Training Academy
    • Technological & Innovative Business of the Year – Comgem
    • South Wales Business of the Year 2018 – Dawn Evans – Ajuda Training Academy

    Founder of the South Wales Business Awards – Wesley Skene said:

    “Since 2008, the awards have championed the success of South Wales Businesses. 2018 has shown us that the future of the Welsh Economy is in good hands. I am incredibly privileged to witness the success stories of our inspirational businesses.

    “As a part of evening, £500 was also very generously raised for our nominated charity – Care & Repair Cymru.”
