Before tying the note, a groom has one very important thing to do. That is to go on his stag do. If you have been tasked as the best man, you will no doubt want to orgnaise a stag do of a lifetime for your best buddy.

With travel restrictions finally coming to an end and life seemingly getting back to some sort of normality, travelling abroad for a stag is a great way to spend a few days. We’ve come up with a list of go-to destinations for your stag in 2023. Whether it’s for the history, the beauty or most importantly, the nightlife – these cities have it all.

    Budapest

A city that was once known as The Paris of the East, Budapest has equal measures of rich history and fun. Széchenyi thermal baths is a top destination, it’s the largest medicinal bath in Europe, with its water being supplied by two thermal springs. They hold pool parties there every Saturday, making it a top destination for anyone visiting the city.

Budapest is also known for the debauchery and nightlife, there is an endless amount of things for your stag party to get up to. You can hire a private boat to sail along the River Danube and enjoy some drinks while taking in the amazing sights. Travelling along the river, chilling out and enjoying the scenery. You can also find stag classics such as Roly Poly Mud Wrestling, shooting, casinos and lap dancing experiences.

    Las Vegas

Perhaps the most iconic place in the world for a stag do. The land where guns are free, the state where gambling is a way of life, there is no end to what you can get up to in Las Vegas. Take a nightclub VIP bus tour of some of the best clubs the city has to offer and hit the iconic lap dancing clubs Vegas has to offer. Daytime activities include the Mad Max Desert Chase, an exhilarating desert dune race in buggies with full roll cages.

Enjoy the ‘Legendary Machine Gun Shooting’ experience in your own private bunker in the Mojave Desert. Fire a Barrett .50 Cal sniper rifle, a belt-fed machine gun, glocks and submachine guns amongst many others. Enjoy the on site bar to take the edge off when you’re finished. Stop off at the Hoover Dam on the way home for a few tourist shots. If the desert isn’t for you, you can also go Stock Car Racing, Vegas has everything you need to fulfil that inner child inside you. If you plan to beat the house and want to warm up for your trip to Sin City, you can play slots online before you go at Caesars online casino.

    Prague

Prague is famous for its cultural life, for well-preserved castles, Baroque and Gothic cathedrals, mediaeval squares, stunning bridges and a lively arts scene. It’s also known for its nightlife the world over, a must-see place for many and the perfect place for a stag do.

Start your trip off with a Strip Party Bus Airport transfer, setting the tone for what’s to come. A good daytime activity is tank riding and machine gun shooting, get your blood pumping before you tackle the night. Book a steak & strip dinner and VIP entry to the iconic Zlaty Strom before heading on to discover the rest of what Prague at night has to offer.

    Amsterdam

What can be said about Amsterdam that you haven’t already heard? Famous or more accurately, infamous for all of the trouble you can get yourself into. Whilst there is a wealth of history, culture, sights, cafes and incredible art museums to enjoy in the day, Amsterdam by night is a different animal.

Enjoy an exclusive canal cruise with your friends or take a beer bike to see the sites in a slightly more entertaining way. Take a walk into the red light district after dark to experience something unlike anything else you will see anywhere else in the world. Stitch your stag up with pranks such as placing them in a window in the Red Light District, fake arrests and oil wrestling. Whilst it’s a little bit more costly than some other European destinations, Amsterdam is a perfect place to have a stag in Europe.

    Krakow

The cheapest of the lot, without sacrificing quality. Krakow has an endless list of things you can get up to on a stag. Want to test how much of a man your mate really is? Take him out into the Polish wilderness and unleash a trained attack dog on him and see how he handles the situation. Experienced handlers will be on site. Another daytime experience is the commie tour, travel back in time as you ride in an original Trabant vehicle.

Discover the history of Nowa Huta, a model suburb from the communist era. Eat the food, drink their drinks and experience life as they would have lived it. Visit Le Scandale, a famously elegant and cosmopolitan restaurant/bar in the city before heading on to the usual stag do circuit of lap dancing clubs and popping bottles in the city’s hottest establishments. You will find a nightlife as good as anywhere else on this list in Krakow and at a fraction of the price, it should be on your list too.

So there you go. 5 knockout destination that will keep you partying and having fun for days. All you need now is a WhatsApp group, a date, some deep pockets, paracetamol and your passport.
