The Welsh Estate Agency Awards (WEAA) has gained significant momentum with the announcement of JCP Solicitors, Swansea Building Society, and Key Home Staging as sponsors for the 2026 event.

Hosted by celebrated broadcaster Sara Edwards, the awards are firmly established as a key date in the Welsh property calendar, bringing together the country’s top agencies and professionals to highlight their success and impact on the local economy. The support of these three industry leaders reinforces the awards’ reputation as the leading platform for recognizing excellence across the Welsh housing market.

The black-tie gala will take place on April 23rd at the Hilton Hotel, Cardiff, gathering the industry’s most respected figures for a night of celebration and professional recognition.

Wesley Skene, Founder of the Welsh Estate Agency Awards, said “The estate agency sector is one of the most competitive and challenging within the Welsh economy. The industry drives change across Wales, most notably in technology and the green agenda. We are incredibly proud to have secured these partnerships; it is a testament to the high profile of the awards and our commitment to recognizing the crucial work of professionals who are the backbone of the Welsh property market.”

Emma Gilroy, Director and Head of Residential Property at JCP Solicitors commented “We are delighted to sponsor the Welsh Estate Agency Awards 2026. Our Residential Property team works closely with estate agents across South and West Wales to ensure smooth and efficient property sales and purchases, and we see first-hand how committed they are to securing the best outcome for their clients.”

“The Welsh property industry offers fantastic opportunities for residential estate agents to develop their businesses, all while supporting more people to find their dream homes. We look forward to recognising the mortgage broker of the year at the upcoming Awards, celebrating their contribution to the industry and outstanding achievements.”

Richard Miles, Head of Savings & Marketing / Area Manager (East) at Swansea Building Society said, “Swansea Building Society is proud to be supporting the Welsh Estate Agency Awards for the second year running, in what is also the awards’ second year of recognising excellence across the Welsh property sector.”

“As a mutual building society with strong local roots, we value the close working relationships we build with estate agents who play such an important role in helping people move home. The awards provide a fantastic platform to celebrate professionalism, customer service and success across the industry, and we are delighted to once again be part of this growing and important event.”

Emily Davies, Managing Director of Key Home Staging noted, “We are absolutely delighted to be sponsoring the Welsh Estate Agency Awards 2026, following the outstanding success of the 2025 awards.”

“Supporting the industry for a second year reflects our continued commitment to celebrating excellence and professionalism across Welsh estate agencies, and we look forward to meeting both new and familiar faces at the event.”
