    Twin promotions at Knight Frank in Cardiff

    Global property consultancy Knight Frank has announced two promotions at its Cardiff office.

    Tom Griffiths and Gareth Watts have both been promoted to Senior Surveyor,

    Gareth Watts joined Knight Frank as a surveyor in its Residential Development team a year ago, from the Strategic Estates department of Cardiff Council. Gareth is advising on a number of key sites in South Wales.

    He said: I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge and opportunities that I have been afforded since joining Knight Frank 12 months ago. Residential development is an exciting sector, and I am fortunate to have an interesting and varied workload including both strategic consultancy and agency. I have joined a successful and supportive office and I am looking forward to building on the foundations that have been laid in the last year.”

    Tom Griffiths joined Knight Frank in 2020, also from the Strategic Estates Department of Cardiff Council, Since then he has worked on a range of projects for Knight Frank’s Industrial & Logistics teams in Cardiff.

    He said: “I am delighted to receive this promotion and I am looking forward to furthering my expertise at Knight Frank. The company has an exceptional culture and I hope to be part of it for many years to come”.

    Matt Phillips, head of the Cardiff office of Knight Frank, commented: “Our plans to strengthen our extremely busy existing team in South Wales have certainly paid dividends with the recruitment of Tom and Gareth.  Both have contributed enormously to their respective teams and thoroughly deserve their promotions.
