Saturday 10th June 2023 sees the second annual Welsh Fitness Expo and Welsh Fitness Classic being held at Cardiff City Stadium.

July 2022 witnessed 2,000 people from the UK fitness community attend the inaugural Welsh Fitness Expo and Welsh Fitness Classic. The huge success of the first Expo has demanded an even bigger location for year two. The 2023 Welsh Fitness Expo is on course to see 4,000 of the UK’s most dedicated fitness enthusiasts attend “THE” fitness event of the year.

The Expo celebrates the best of the UK fitness industry with world leading brands in sports nutrition, fitness wear, gyms & gym accessories, bodybuilding, strongman/strongwoman, boxing, and MMA.

The Expo also hosts the Welsh Fitness Classic. The Welsh Fitness Classic bodybuilding show will see the best men’s and ladies bodybuilder from across the UK crowned the Welsh Fitness Classic Champion.

Welsh Fitness Expo founder Wesley Skene said, “In 2022 we saw an event that changed the face of UK fitness. Wales is the undiscovered epicentre of the European fitness scene. Fitness in all its forms is Wales’s most popular activity, contributing enormously to Welsh GDP.” “2023 will be even bigger and better, with global brands, celebrity appearances and world class athletic performances. We’re incredibly proud to be able to bring something so special to Wales.”

Once again, tickets for the Welsh Fitness Expo and Welsh Fitness Classic are free and can be downloaded at www.welshfitexpo.co.uk
