    The finalists for the 2025 Welsh Law Awards have been revealed, marking what promises to be the most exciting year yet. Since their launch in 2019, the awards have grown in both size and stature, attracting an ever-higher standard of entries.

    This year has set a new benchmark, with record-breaking applications that highlight how Welsh law firms are not only shaping society but also playing a vital role in driving the UK economy.

    Now in its seventh year, the Welsh Law Awards remain a standout event in the legal calendar, shining a spotlight on excellence, innovation, and achievement across the profession.

    The 2025 awards are sponsored by feature sponsor The University of Wales Trinity Saint David, with Hoowla and Swansea Building Society as event sponsors. Dreams & Wishes also returns as the official charity partner.

    Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at Cardiff’s Hilton Hotel. The evening will be hosted by one of Wales’s best-loved broadcasters, Sara Edwards, promising a night of celebration and recognition for the very best of the Welsh legal sector.
