Do Digital Agency from Cardiff has been named a finalist in this year’s Leading Wales Awards.

The Leading Wales Awards Consortium that run Wales’ long-established and only dedicated leadership awards have announced this year’s shortlist. They are delighted that once again The Institute of Leadership & Management are the headline sponsors.

Do Digital Agency has been nominated in the Inspiring Great Leadership (Organisational Award) Category for the unique way they develop their own staff and train those starting out in the 3D digital industry. Do Digital Agency is one of four finalists in the category.

[aoa id=”1″]Do Digital Agency have established themselves as leaders in the 3D technology sector, creating 3D content for a range of business clients. Their steady growth has seen the team of in-house 3D experts (who they affectionately call the IMAGINARIANS) grow from 5 to 17 in the last few years. They are the previous winners of the BiTC Cymru Responsible Business Award for Talent Development.[/aoa]

The Leading Wales Awards, which have been running for 15 years, have eight individual categories including Women in Leadership and Leadership in Diversity & Inclusion and one organisational leadership category, which was won last year by the NHS Wales Finance Academy.

Barbara Chidgey, Chair of the Leading Wales Awards consortium, said; “This year our theme is “Daring to Lead®”. We received many impressive and outstanding nominations for individuals in Wales (in all sectors and at all levels of responsibility) whose leadership is courageous, inspirational and transformational. They were a privilege to read and a challenge to shortlist.”

Darren Crockett, Managing Director at Do Digital Agency said; “We are immensely proud to have been shortlisted alongside three education providers. As a 3D digital agency working in the private sector we see this as a huge achievement.”

This is the 15th and concluding year of the Leading Wales Awards®. They will culminate with the Awards presentations as part of a legacy dinner at Hilton Cardiff on 26th September 2019.

Previous alumni include Laura Tenison MBE, Jo Jo Maman Bébé, Mario Kreft MBE, CEO of Pendine Park Care Homes, Kelly Davies, Managing Director of Vi-Ability, and Dr Sabine Maguire of Sparkle, South Gwent Children’s Foundation.
