CNM Estates, a property investment and development company, has launched plans to develop approximately 353 high-quality homes at East Bay Close. CNM Estates seeks to deliver the scheme through the APIO housing delivery model, which uses modular housing and funding solutions to create affordable and sustainable homes.
CNM Estates is seeking to redevelop the vacant, brownfield site to provide a high-quality residential development, incorporating amenity spaces, landscaped communal gardens, roof terraces, car parking and cycle storage.
The East Bay Close development site was previously occupied by the Evans Halshaw Citroen car sales showroom, which has now been demolished, and has an existing planning permission for a 771 room, 10 storey student accommodation block. The building is designed to be built to a similar height and size as the approved student accommodation scheme.

We have ensured emphasis on enhancing the natural environment throughout the development and providing amenity spaces that really work for the residents, whether that be providing a fenced off area for dogs to run wild, a sports area to kick a ball around or a safe place for children to play.”
