Digital transformation recruitment specialist Conexus has opened new offices in Cardiff and Barcelona, following a period of stellar growth.
The company, founded by Yolk Recruitment founder Dale Williams and industry specialist Connor Wall, adds value to many of the world’s leading organisations by connecting them with the best SAP, Data & Analytics, Cyber Security and Software Engineering talent. Conexus provides permanent and contract recruitment solutions across every level of seniority to blue-chip clients across EMEA, USA, APAC and LATAM.
Founded in January 2020, the company has grown by 1200% year-on-year, increasing the team from two to 27 people. Conexus has now launched two new offices to serve its growing international client base; a 6000 sq ft premises in Cardiff and a state-of-the-art space in central Barcelona, Spain.
The company’s new premises in Cardiff’s Anchor Court has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment following a £400,000 investment. The firm is now eyeing further growth, with plans to increase headcount in their Spanish team and open new Swiss and American offices by 2024. In addition, Conexus plans to expand its global headcount to 100 recruitment specialists by 2024.
