Road resurfacing work is due to commence on the A548 Coast Road Rhyl on Monday 30th January 2023 between the junctions of Grosvenor Road and Lynton Walk.

The work is expected to take up to 1 week to complete.

Traffic shall be controlled by Stop/Go boards and convoy working vehicle, to restrict traffic speeds to 10mph to ensure safety of the workforce.

Access to residential and business premises which are located within the roadworks will be available, although some delay and disruption maybe experienced.

Normal working hours shall apply to the works.

Cllr Barry Mellor, Lead Member for Environment and Transport, said: “Denbighshire County Council apologise for any inconvenience that these essential works may cause and we are grateful for local cooperation and patience during this time to ensure that the works are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
