Flight Club Cardiff—the lively bar known for its striking style, impressive cocktail list, delicious sharing plates, and wildly fun Social Darts—has created a rooftop Winter Paradise right in the heart of Cardiff just in time for the Christmas party season. This magical spot, opened its doors on 18 November, is the perfect place for cosy catchups and fun-filled gatherings over the festive period.

And as no winter paradise would be complete without the addition of some treats to enjoy, Flight Club has also crafted a limited-edition menu of seasonally inspired cocktails and nibbles.

Flight Club’s Winter Paradise: a magical retreat in central Cardiff

Featuring festive reds and golds, evergreen foliage, festoon lighting, heating, soft blankets and bookable private cabins, Flight ClubCardiff’s Winter Paradise is the perfect backdrop for cosying up with a cocktail in hand as the winter chill sets in.

Festive treats: a twist on the classics

The limited-edition cocktail menu features a selection of classic drinks, redesigned using the timeless flavours of winter and festivity—think Christmas in a glass!

Seasonal tipples on offer include ‘Sleigh My Margarita’, a blend of Casamigos Blanco tequila with vibrant pomegranate and blackberry liqueur, spiced with cinnamon and fresh lime and ‘Red Velvet Martini’, a combination of Cîroc vodka with Chambord raspberry liqueur, Disaronno Velvet, grenadine and vanilla.

In addition to gorgeous cocktails bursting with seasonal flavour, there are some moreish snacks to enjoy. Crispy brie and cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets with honey mustard, pork belly bites with ginger and lime dressing, and an assortment of macrons make for the perfect accompaniment.

Toast to the festive season with a bottomless brunch like no other

Throughout the month of December, Flight Club Cardiff will host its two-hour Festive Brunch Social on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. From £30 per person, expect a sprinkling of Christmas party tunes from the resident DJ, a cocktail on arrival from the limited-edition winter menu followed by a bottle of prosecco for every guest, lip-smackingly good bottomless pizza paddles and an hour at the oche challenging your group to a game of Social Darts. Show up dressed in an outrageous Christmas jumper and be in with a chance to score some goodies!
