    Concern for welfare of missing Newport man, 26

    South Wales Police are appealing for information to help find Neil Davies, who has been reported missing.

    Neil, 26, is originally from the Newport area but was last seen in Cardiff city centre on Thursday, September 25. Officers say there is concern for his welfare.

    Anyone who has seen Neil, or who may have information about his whereabouts, is urged to get in touch with police quoting reference number 2500309821.
