A North Wales-based PR agency is marking an eye-catching year that features several account wins and being shortlisted for two prestigious industry awards by strengthening its team.

Outwrite PR has secured a number of new clients, including Welsh Government-owned Trydan Gwyrdd Cymru, a Wrexham-based fintech company, and a UK-wide solar panel maintenance firm.

In addition, a further increase in stakeholder management and public affairs activity and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reports for brands including a major foodservice provider, has left managing director Anthony Bullick searching for top talent.

Outwrite is advertising for an account executive or senior account executive to join its team in Flintshire.

Chartered PR practitioner Anthony said: “It has been a strong 2025 for the agency, and I’m excited to grow our strong group of PR professionals.

“There is an impressive mix of skillsets and talent at Outwrite and adding to that can only further enhance the offering we provide to each and every client.”

The search for a new face coincides with the promotion of Tom Norris to senior news and content manager.

After two years in a role that was created to align with his storytelling instincts, the former journalist has taken another step up the ladder.

He said: “It’s incredibly motivating to work for an agency that emphasises career progression and personal development.

“There is no limit to what the agency can achieve, and as a result, how far us as individuals can go.”

To cap off an impressive period, Outwrite has been shortlisted for Best Small Agency at the CIPR Cymru Awards 2025, with Anthony up for the Hall of Fame honour.

Anthony added: “It’s a feather in the cap to be nominated for any award, let alone two, so this is wonderful news.

“The agency nomination highlights the fine work we continue do here at Outwrite, whilst I am humbled to be up for the Hall of Fame trophy.”

Outwrite’s clients include Wynne Construction, Jones Bros Civil Engineering UK, Warrington-based Watsons Solicitors, and engineering, environmental, and planning consultancy Caulmert.
