Oasis have been named the most in demand live act in Wales for 2025, according to viagogo’s latest Year in Live Experiences Report.

The ticket marketplace has revealed the artists Welsh fans searched for and bought tickets for most over the past year, with Oasis topping the list thanks to their huge reunion tour, The Oasis Live ’25. The band played two sold out nights at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium as part of a global run of 41 dates across Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and South America.

Coldplay take second place, with their high energy shows continuing to attract huge Welsh audiences. Lewis Capaldi ranks third as fans welcomed his long awaited return to the stage.

Demand was also strong for Chris Brown and Metallica, reflecting the wide range of genres that appeal to Welsh audiences, from R and B to heavy metal. Country star Luke Combs appears in the top ten as the genre’s popularity continues to grow across Wales.

Stereophonics remain a firm favourite at home, while Lana Del Rey, Kendrick Lamar and Lady Gaga complete the top ten, showcasing Wales’s appetite for major pop, alternative and hip hop artists.

Hayley DiNaso at viagogo said live events continue to thrive. She added: “Fans across the UK continue to show incredible enthusiasm for both legendary acts and contemporary stars. The diversity of demand highlights the wide-ranging tastes of music audiences, and with 2026 shaping up to feature huge names like Bon Jovi, Luke Combs and Bad Bunny, the excitement for live events shows no signs of slowing.”
