Cardiff Bay Family Fun Park is set to return this summer, bringing six weeks of rides, attractions and free family entertainment to the heart of the capital.
The popular attraction will be open from 18 July until 31 August at Roald Dahl Plass, between Mermaid Quay and the Wales Millennium Centre, with final preparations now underway ahead of its opening.

Visitors can enjoy a wide range of funfair rides and attractions throughout the school summer holidays. Thrill seekers can take on favourites including the Dodgems, Fun House, Runaway Train, Water Walkers and more, while younger children will find plenty of family friendly rides designed for a gentler pace.

Families can also try their luck at the traditional game stalls, with giant cuddly toys among the prizes up for grabs.
Alongside the rides, there will be a programme of free entertainment featuring magic shows, princess sing-a-longs, character meet and greets and other family activities throughout the event.
Food stalls serving a variety of sweet and savoury treats will also be available for visitors looking to refuel between attractions.
One of this year’s biggest highlights is Skyfall, the UK’s tallest travelling free fall drop tower. Standing 80 metres high, the attraction promises panoramic views across Cardiff before a dramatic vertical drop back to the ground.
The family fun park will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11am until 8pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am until 9pm.
The event runs from Friday 18 July until Sunday 31 August, offering entertainment throughout the school summer holidays.
