Expanding property development and investment company Garrison Barclay Estates has appointed a new Head of Property.

    Jennie Howells

The Cardiff-based firm, headed up by founder Andrew McCarthy, has welcomed Jennie Howells into the team to manage its growing property portfolio.

On her appointment, Jennie said: “When the opportunity to join an established yet expanding property development company presented itself, it was an opportunity that I didn’t want to miss.

“Andrew has an excellent reputation within the industry and I am looking forward to working alongside him, using my experience to maximise and expand Garrison Barclay Estates’ diverse property portfolio. It’s an exciting time to be joining with lots of projects underway and new opportunities being considered across south Wales and the South West.”
