The integrated / multidiscipline corporate advisory business consists of corporate law firm Greenaway Scott, corporate finance advisors Verde Corporate Finance and joint venture partners and patent attorneys Alchemie IP.

GS Verde Group has rapidly grown from a 2 person start-up in 2013 to an industry leading enterprise that employs 35 members of staff, including two recently appointed directors for its Bristol and Swansea & West offices.

Revenue has risen year on year as a result of a number of high profile advisory roles including the management buy-out of the Ligtus risk management consultancy from Alcumus, , acquisition of Turners Coachways in Bristol, management buy-out of Paramount Office Interiors  and a series of international acquisition projects for medical device businesses Flexicare Medical and Clinical Innovations.

The success of the Group can also be seen with the winning of a number of industry accolades including being featured in the FastGrowth 50 for the first time in 2018, named Business Law Firm of the Year by Corporate Ventures Magazine and  being finalists at  the UK Business Angel Association’s national awards for the Best Legal team for early stage deals.

GS Verde Group CEO and co-founder Nigel Greenaway was also named “Dealmaker of the Year 2018” by Insider Wales Magazine.

Mr Greenaway said “I am delighted to see the development of the team and the increase in momentum right across our group. This year has been fantastic for GS Verde Group and has seen a real breakthrough in terms of our ability to get our message across and present our business as a unique multidiscipline model that offers integrated legal and financial advice on mergers and acquisitions and client fundraising projects”

“Our new offices in the Maltings are absolutely beautiful and it has been great to see the continued development of the Grade II Listed building into an office development of the highest standard. There are over 90 businesses located at the Maltings and it is a thriving hub that is a really exciting environment for our business to work within.”

Paramount Office Interiors oversaw the refurbishment of the new office space and Richard Jones, MD at Paramount said “it has been great to work on this project for GS Verde Group at the Maltings. Obviously we know the GS team well and they guided us through our MBO, so it has been a real pleasure to create this unique office space for them as they expand”.

Gareth Oram, Operations Manager at The Maltings said “we are delighted with the development of the new office space for GS Verde Group, which is part of a significant amount of work that we are undertaking throughout The Maltings. The team at The Maltings looks forward to continuing the long-standing relationship with have with Greenaway Scott and Verde Corporate Finance”.

Mr Greenaway concluded “In the next five years our plan is for GS Verde Group to continue to be ambitious and change the playing field and market that we work in. We are looking to develop and disrupt nationally and continue to achieve results for our clients”
