Lucy joins the health and protection insurance comparison service during an exciting period of growth for the Cardiff-based company.

Previously HR Manager at Kearns Solicitors, part of the Link Financial Group, Lucy brings a wealth of experience in ensuring people are at the core of business growth and success.

Lucy said: “I’m thrilled to be taking my next steps with ActiveQuote at such an exciting time for the company, and I’m looking forward to working as part of a team which continues to deliver growth across the business.

“We will be looking to increase the headcount by 25% (40 vacancies) throughout 2020 and I’m particularly excited about supporting our individual departments in developing their teams further.”

“The team at ActiveQuote are all extremely welcoming, ambitious and focused, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds,” Lucy added.

Lucy, from Porthcawl, is also mum to a daughter and two sons, and spends her time outside work supporting her children in their various sporting pursuits. She is also already signed up to complete the 2020 Three Peaks mountain climb challenge as part of the ActiveQuote team.

Rob Saunders, CEO at ActiveQuote, said: “It’s fantastic to have Lucy on board, who brings some wonderful attributes with her at a time of continued growth and, crucially, as we prepare to welcome yet more new faces to the team as a result.”

Founded in 2009, ActiveQuote was the first comparison service to compare health insurance policies in the UK and allows customers to tailor-make their policies by adding or removing options such as hospital cover and physiotherapy.
