Ashmole & Co Swansea are delighted to sponsor Calsonic Kansei Swiss Valley AFC’s Under 13s shirts for the 2021/22 season.

Calsonic Kansei Swiss Valley AFC play in the Carmarthenshire Association Junior League and associated cup competitions. Ashmole & Co have been one of the club’s sponsors for five years.

Dave Morgan, Ashmole & Co Partner in the Swansea and Neath offices said, “It is a pleasure to be able to sponsor the Calsonic Kansei Swiss Valley Under 13s new shirts for the 2021/22 season. As I’m from Llanelli I’m always keen to show my support locally. This last year hasn’t been easy for the club so it was more important than ever for us to show our support as a firm.”

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in grass-roots sporting clubs facing grave financial difficulties with their very existence being thrown into doubt. That concern certainly hung over Calsonic Kansei – a club in the Swiss Valley area of Llanelli that takes its name from the Japanese automotive plant on whose sports ground they play.

The club provides football for over 300 people of all ages across 17 teams. There’s five girls teams, eight mixed teams and four senior teams.

Darren Clark, Coach with the Calsonic Kansei Swiss Valley Under 13s, said, “We’re grateful to Ashmole & Co for providing sponsorship towards our new season tops. This year has been a difficult one for the club not being able to raise funds or play matches due to the pandemic. We’re hoping we will be able to get back to a bit of normality when the next season starts.”
