South Wales Police have launched an urgent appeal to find two missing teenagers with concerns growing for their welfare. Roxy, 16, and Lacie, 16, were last seen yesterday evening in Cardiff city centre. Officers say both girls have links to several areas across south Wales including Cardiff, the Rhondda Valleys, the Cynon Valley and Caerphilly. Police have released descriptions of what the teenagers were wearing in the hope that members of the public may recognise them. Motorists are being warned of overnight lane closures on the M4 eastbound between Junction 24 Coldra and Junction 26 Malpas as resurfacing works get under way. Traffic Wales has confirmed that restrictions will be in place on three nights in February to allow essential maintenance to be carried out on the carriageway. Drivers are facing delays across parts of Cardiff and the M4 this morning as congestion builds on several key routes, according to Traffic Wales. Heavy traffic is being reported on the A4232 northbound between Culverhouse Cross and Junction 33 Capel Llanilltern, with queues affecting motorists heading towards the M4. Elvis – who was rescued back in September from the rocks at Porthcawl seafront – has finally left the building after spending the last few months at RSPCA West Hatch Wildlife Centre.
