The First Minister and Leader of Plaid Cymru have today signed the Co-operation Agreement, marking the start of a three-year partnership. Local Cardiff charity, City Hospice, are holding their annual Light Up A Life Remembrance Service to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones.
