A new board is being established to review the vocational qualifications on offer to learners and employers in Wales. Sharron Lusher, having previously been the Principal of Pembrokeshire College and Chair of Colegau Cymru, will chair the board. The review will start in July 2022 and will consider the steps necessary to significantly expand the range of made-in-Wales vocational qualifications to fit the needs of learners and the economy in Wales. Cardiff Bus customers are being alerted to route diversions as a result of roadworks taking place in Tremorfa. Pengam Road between Rover Way and Clydesmuir Road will be closed from 8:00am on Saturday 25 June to 10:00pm on Sunday 26 June. Cardiff and Vale College’s Sport Academies have bounced back from the constraints placed on sport during the pandemic to celebrate their best-ever season in 2021-22. The Academies have seen more students getting involved as players than ever before and have brought home a record amount of silverware in regional and national competitions.
