South Wales Police received numerous reports of an explosion at a property in Church Road, Seven Sisters today at 2.05pm. A number of properties and vehicles in the street have been damaged and the area has been evacuated. Three people, one adult and two children, have been injured in the incident. Police remain at scene with emergency service colleagues and ask people to continue to avoid the area at this time.

At around 8.55pm last night (Tuesday 23rd June 2020) emergency services nwere called to a single vehicle collision on the A4232 between Leckwith and Culverhouse Cross Cardiff. A Silver Saab 93 was the only vehicle involved and its three occupants all suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision.  Two men from the Ely area, aged 31 and 34 years old and a 26 year old woman from the Llandough area were taken to the University Hospital of Wales where they are being treated for their injuries.
