New research indicates that Wales could be struggling with entrepreneurship after figures show that it is the region with the fewest new start-ups since the EU referendum. Business confidence in Wales fell 18 points during August to minus two per cent, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
