Cardiff and Vale College student Rhys Payne has taken a step closer to being selected for the Wales Hockey senior team. Welsh life sciences company Bond Digital Health Ltd. has created a key new job role after raising new funding to expand the business. Older people living in Rhondda Cynon Taf are benefitting from a new programme of activities designed to improve their health and wellbeing within their community. Initially the activities, delivered at the health and wellbeing hub at Ysbyty George Thomas in Treorchy, were part of a six week Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) programme, where people are referred to the service by their GP. Last night (21 March), the Football Association of Wales Awards 2019 were held at Hensol Castle in the Vale Resort.
