A fake ambulance that has been seen driving around Swansea has been stopped by police. The estate, which closely resembles the high-visibility vehicles used by first responders was seen driving around the Gower area on Monday morning. Police offers in Swansea pulled over the vehicle after spotting it in Penclawdd. The Welsh Ambulance Service has confirmed that the vehicle, nor its driver have any connection to themselves. This is not a Welsh Ambulance Service vehicle. A 19-year-old was arrested for driving whilst disqualified and for having no insurance. [aoa id=”1″] [/aoa]

Southerndown beach in the Vale of Glamorgan is one of nine beaches across the UK to be cleaned as part of the “Big Beach Clean”. The competition run by Fairy, Proctor and Gamble and Keep Britain Tidy asked the public to vote online for their favourite beach to receive a cleanup event. A new campaign has been launched to tackle the drugs gangs who exploit vulnerable children and young people in North Wales.
