A drug dealer who hid over £3000 worth of class A drugs in a backpack has been jailed. Adam Bowen, of Holyhead, appeared for sentencing at Caernarfon Crown Court on 17 July. The 42-year-old had previously admitted to possession with intent to supply cocaine, possession with intent to supply MDMA, being concerned in the supply of cocaine, being concerned in the supply of ecstasy and possession of criminal property. Premier Forest Products has announced that it is restarting timber operations at its 10-acre Croespenmaen site following the closure of SDL Sawmills. The phased restart will see a number of former SDL employees return to work over the coming weeks as operations are progressively re-established.
