ONP Solicitors has announced the relocation of its Cardiff office to bigger premises in the heart of the city centre, amidst company-wide expansion.
Part of the Movera group, the Cardiff hub of ONP Solicitors originally launched in June 2025 to expand the company’s reach into both Wales and the southwest of England for the first time.
Having now doubled in size, the team of property lawyers has moved to larger premises at Brunel House. As well as providing a bigger and more comfortable office environment for staff, the new location uses 100% green energy, supporting the company’s commitment to achieving Net Zero status by 2045.

Warren Martin, Director of Operations at ONP Solicitors commented: “Our Cardiff hub has grown significantly since it opened in June last year. We now have twice as many staff members as we’d hoped for by the end of 2025 and ambitions to double in size again this year.
“Moving into these new offices highlights our ongoing commitment to attracting talent in south Wales and providing the very best working environment for our people.”
As well as continuing to recruit experienced professionals, the firm will soon be launching its first Cardiff-based training academy later in the year. The academy, which has already welcomed several cohorts in Stockport and Leeds, is designed to guide trainee property lawyers through a four-month paid programme that includes live case exposure and one-on-one mentorship.
Warren continued: “Our academy offers a direct route into the world of conveyancing for anyone looking to take their first step into legal services. It’s a clear example of our people-first approach in action, and its soon to be available right in the heart of Cardiff.”
