Marks & Spencer Cardiff foothalls will remain open during the UK lock down in order to provide a vital service to the community.

Standalone food stores and Foodhalls in larger stores are open. However, outlet stores that only sell clothing and homeware are temporarily closed, but customers can still shop online.

M&S have implemented additional social distancing measures for the safety of customers and its staff, so that people remain 2m apart when they shop. At the tills, they are also installing sneeze guards to protect staff, and are asking customers to pay via guard where possible.

Contactless payments are increasing to £45 (from 1 April 2020) and you can pay with the Mobile Pay Go M&S app in some stores. They are also asking customers not to scan their Sparks card, but to use the contact us page on the their website when they get home, in order for points to be added.

Customers can still access Marks & Spencer Cardiff by using the doors to the Foodhall if the main doors are closed.

To help make sure everyone can shop for the food they need, M&S have reserved the first hour of trading on certain days for our older and vulnerable customers, and for our brilliant NHS and emergency workers.

M&S are asking customers for cooperation to and check online for your local store opening times.
