The UK’s newest two-day alternative music festival is set to shake up Cardiff this winter, with We Are One Festival announcing even more acts for its debut event at the iconic Tramshed in January 2026.

Joining the bill are Welsh favourites CASEY, alongside Lake Malice, Raiders, CARSICK and Parma Violence – bolstering a roster already brimming with alt, rock and emo talent.

The festival, which takes place from Saturday 31 January to Sunday 1 February 2026, will showcase 20 of the best alternative artists in the genre, proving that festival season doesn’t have to wait until summer. Weekend and day tickets are available now, starting from £37.50 plus booking fee via Ticketek.

We Are One Festival is the brainchild of independent concert promoter Imperial Music, who have previously brought world-class artists to South Wales, from Those Damn Crows at Cardiff’s Utilita Arena to Holding Absence at Chepstow Castle.

    The new additions

    • CASEY – The Welsh five-piece return following their re-emergence in 2022 after a four-year hiatus, bringing their post-hardcore intensity and atmospheric soundscapes to the Tramshed stage. Their third studio album How To Disappear has cemented their comeback with emotional weight.

    • Lake Malice – The Brighton duo fuse hyperpop energy with a metal edge, drawing inspiration from Japanese Anime. With nominations at the Heavy Music Awards and shows alongside Enter Shikari and Skindred, their live set promises to be explosive.

    • CARSICK – One of the UK’s most unpredictable and high-octane live acts, Salisbury’s CARSICK blend punk, ’90s indie-rock, UK hip-hop and electronic flourishes, with a reputation forged on the road and at BBC Maida Vale sessions.

    • Raiders – Hailing from South Wales, the band bring groove-heavy riffs and singalong choruses, with members boasting pedigree from The Blackout and The Guns.

    • Parma Violence – Led by frontwoman Marianna Tiana, the rising outfit are set to showcase their debut material and uncompromising live presence.

    Cardiff’s Tramshed to host debut

Located in the city’s creative quarter, the Tramshed has become one of Cardiff’s most iconic music venues. With a 1,000-capacity main room, industrial character, and cutting-edge sound system, it provides the perfect backdrop for We Are One Festival.

The venue has already hosted indoor events such as the Immersed Music Festival, Rum & Reggae Fest and The Emo Festival – and this latest addition to the calendar is set to blow away the January blues.

    Previously announced acts

Fans can also look forward to headline performances from Cassyette and Vukovi, alongside a stacked lineup featuring As Everything Unfolds, Blackgold, Lastelle, Artio, and more still to be announced.

With its genre-spanning bill and winter timing, We Are One Festival is shaping up to be a must-attend event for alternative music fans in Wales and beyond.

Tickets are available now via Ticketek from £37.50 + booking fee.
