Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has opened the first of its showhomes at its highly sought-after Hendrefoilan Park development in Swansea.

Situated in Killay, Hendrefoilan Park is a stunning development currently boasting a variety of 3 and 4- bedroom homes, with prices starting at £374,995.

Close to popular schools, beautiful beaches, and the great local amenities of nearby Swansea City Centre, the development is an idyllic location for new homeowners and growing families to enjoy.

The 3-bed Eustace and 4-bed Gregory showhomes give prospective buyers the opportunity to get a feel for the homes and the thriving atmosphere within the local community in person, alongside the stunning landscape and nearby beaches.

The two new 3-storey showhomes offer layouts that have been cleverly designed with modern living in mind. Both homes have generous and flexible space to ensure each member of the family has an area to call their own. And the importance of spending time together is not dismissed – with open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, alongside patio doors to a balcony.

Inspired by their proximity to the scenic Welsh coastline and the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, both showhomes have been tastefully designed with the local natural surroundings in mind.

The Gregory showhome features a mixture of paneling, wallpapering, feature painting, and murals, to help inspire their interior choices. Beautiful blue hues have been introduced throughout the home to bring in a cosy coastal feel. Family life has also been considered within the interior design, with a children’s pastel coloured bedroom, complete with city inspired wall mural.

All homes are available to customise with optional upgrades and extras, allowing homeowners to design a truly unique space.

Jo Winston, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, comments: “We’re excited to open our brand new showhomes at Hendrefoilan Park. Combining space and privacy with open plan living, the Gregory and the Eustace are fantastic homes for growing families.

“Visiting the showhomes in real life is a great way to picture yourself living in one of our homes. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the neighbourhood, local amenities and nearby coastline too.”
