Members of the public are invited to view the emerging exhibition designs for the new Henry Tudor Centre which is due to open in Spring 2027 in South Quay, Pembroke.

The exhibition designs will be on display at Pembroke Town Hall from May 22nd to May 29th.

The Henry Tudor Trust, which will operate the new heritage centre, is inviting public feedback on how the story of Henry Tudor – son of Pembroke who became Henry VII and founded one of the most influential dynasties in British history, the Tudors – should be told.

The designs have been developed by exhibition designers, Image Makers. Feedback forms will be available for comments which will help refine the designs as they progress.

The new logo for the centre will also be on display. This has been created by Haverfordwest based marketing company Media2Motion.

This new exhibition will be housed in the Henry Tudor Centre in South Quay Pembroke where work is currently underway to refurbish the Grade II listed building.

The Centre will also include a new public library (replacing the library on the Commons) and a café.

The capital project currently underway has been funded by the Welsh Government, UK Government and Pembrokeshire County Council.

Additional funding has come from The National Heritage Lottery Fund to support a programme of events and activities at the new Centre, a volunteering programme and educational resources for schools.

Opening times of Pembroke Town Hall, to view the exhibition plans, are Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm and Friday 9am to 1pm (closed Saturday and Sunday).
