A major South Wales developer will be opening a new outlet at its site in northwest Cardiff.

Charles Church will launch its Glan y Coed site in Capel Llanilltern next to The Parish – under construction by its sister company, Persimmon Homes – on Saturday 29th March.

Offering a range of four and five-bedroom homes, Glan y Coed is perfect for families, professionals, and home-movers alike. The properties from the five-star developer will be energy-efficient and designed to complement a range of contemporary lifestyles.

Surrounded by small villages, a new home in this well-connected and idyllic location gives you spacious living with convenient everyday amenities, with a shopping centre at Talbot Green and the Royal Glamorgan Hospital only a 10-15 minute drive away.

City life, culture, and shopping by the coast are moments away with Cardiff approximately half an hour away by car, while the majestic Brecon Beacons National Park is less than an hour’s drive the development.

There is an Armed Forces and Key Worker Discount available too, where £500 will be taken off the price for every £25,000 spent on a new Charles Church home.

Commenting, Charles Church East Wales’ sales director, Victoria Williams, said:

“We are delighted to be launching our Glan y Coed site in northwest Cardiff, bringing high-quality and much-needed new homes to the area.

“Glan y Coed is in an excellent location on the outskirts of the capital city, feeling very much like it’s in the countryside but with plenty of amenities only a 15-minute drive away.

“We anticipate this being a very popular site, so I strongly recommend that customers make an appointment to make sure they do not miss out on their chance to buy their dream home.”
