A Cardiff-based pension and employee benefits specialist has become the latest corporate supporter for the Wales Millennium Centre, joining many other leading organisations across the region. Quantum Advisory has begun an initial 12-month partnership with the WMC; a registered charity that supports the future of the arts in Wales, and a landmark cultural destination in Cardiff Bay. The deal will provide vital funding towards the Centre’s educational programmes and workshops, which aim to inspire and help people in Wales find a voice and develop their creative sides. Quantum will also use the exquisite venue to host company networking events and entertain corporate guests.

In the fifteen years since opening, the Centre has campaigned and worked towards creating an all-inclusive arts scene that anyone from any background has access to. In its history, more than 70,000 people have taken part in its community cultural and creativity programmes which sees the Centre partner with nationwide organisations to deliver.

Partner and Actuary at Quantum Advisory, Stuart Price, said: “At Quantum, we’re passionate about educating the younger generation to ensure their financial future is the best that it can be. Wales Millennium Centre is committed to supporting those from less fortunate backgrounds, less privileged communities and those with poor mental health and engaging with them and inspiring them to be more. Getting involved with the arts and creative industry can have a proven effect on individual’s wellbeing and we are thrilled to be working with the Centre in its campaign.”

Graeme Farrow, Artistic Director for Wales Millennium Centre said: “It is fantastic to have the support of our business community and we are thrilled that Quantum Advisory has become a new partner of ours. Our mission is to broaden people’s horizons and offer every young person in Wales access to the arts. Without the support of businesses, we wouldn’t be able to provide opportunities for young people to find and express their voice and develop their self-belief.”

Quantum Advisory specialises in pension and employee benefits services to employers, scheme trustees and members.
